Meet the owner
You’re not calling a call center.
You’re calling Jorge.
Big J is Jorge — the name on the truck and the man who actually shows up. He has spent more than ten years turning wrenches on everything from daily drivers to diesel rigs and job-site equipment, and for the past two years he has run Big J’s Mobile Repair LLC out of his own service truck.
That matters when something breaks. The person who picks up the phone is the same person who diagnoses it, fixes it and stands behind the work — no service writer in the middle, no handing your truck off to whoever happens to be free.
He brings the diagnostic gear with him, too. That is Jorge in the photo, sitting in a skid steer with the diesel laptop plugged in, pulling codes on location instead of making somebody trailer the machine to a shop.

Do you really come to me?
Yes — that's the whole business. We service vehicles and equipment at your house, your workplace, your yard or the job site. You don't have to arrange a tow, drop the vehicle off, or wait around a lobby.
What does it cost?
You get a price before we turn a wrench. Call or text with the year, make, model and what it's doing, and we'll give you an honest estimate. No surprise charges at the end.
Do you work on diesel and heavy equipment?
We do. Diesel pickups, commercial trucks, trailers, skid steers and other job-site machines are a big part of what we service — including annual DOT inspections for commercial vehicles.
Can you handle my whole fleet?
Yes. We set up scheduled preventive maintenance so your trucks get serviced on your lot on a set rotation — often after hours, so nothing comes off the road during the workday.
What if it can't be fixed on site?
Most jobs can be. If a repair genuinely needs a lift or a shop press, we'll tell you straight, help you figure out the next step, and you won't get charged for work we can't do.
Do you supply the parts?
We do — quality parts sourced for your vehicle. If you already have parts on hand, that's fine too; just mention it when you call.
